There will be refreshment breaks in the morning and afternoon at around 11:15 and 14:45 and a longer break for lunch at 13:00. The venue contains a cafe and garden which may be used at lunchtime.Trainer:
has over ten years' experience as a consultant, trainer and coach
specialising in facilitation skills, training the trainer and
organisational communication. Jakki has had extensive experience with
not-for-profit organisations and professional bodies.
Jakki has an MBA from Manchester Business School, and post-graduate certificates in training practice, coaching and TESOL (teaching English to speakers of other languages). She is an Associate of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). She has lived and worked in Europe and Asia.
