Event Description
This workshop will give you the opportunity to explore your connection to nature through your senses: seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling and tasting. We will take you on a journey of discovery in the beautiful green space of Hampstead Heath: Through practical exercises and simple ceremonies, we will invite you to reach a deeper sense of self, unlock your creativity and expand your perspective on the wider web of life.
