Pennards Plants will be in residence with 80 plus varieties of seed potatoes for sale by the single tuber with some unusual and rare varieties not often seen. Advice on choice of varieties will be available and cultural help too. We will also have our Heritage and Heirloom seeds for sale, onion sets, shallots, rhubarb, fruit trees and some other surprises. It is an ideal opportunity for Londoners to stock up with their kitchen garden needs for the season all in one place.
There will be potato printing for children with printed tea towels to take away with you.
The Café will serve a potato friendly menu on the day and we hope to take advantage of some good heritage potatoes you may not have tasted before.
This is a free event (normal Museum admission charges apply
