Event Description
Transition Town Wandsworth working in partnership with Wandsworth Council is designing and creating the community garden using the talent and energy of people from the Wandsworth area.
Representatives and volunteers of Transition Town Wandsworth, together with officers of the Parks Service, will be at the site from 3.00 p.m. to welcome guests. The Mayor will declare the Community Garden Project officially opened at 3.30 pm.
Refreshments, including Wandsworth Common Nettle Beer, will be provided by Transition Town Wandsworth.
